I had missing items in my late arriving orders. I tried calling I was placed on hold and hung up on before I even spoke to someone. After calling for 2 days I finally got in touch with "Reed" he was not helpful and very rude. Eventually after a month the parts arrived. Very poor to no customer service. Save money and time buy somewhere else!
Website was confusing. I phoned three times and was disconnected twice. Then I left a message for call back which never happen. Called again today but reps do not seem to be knowledgeable about your website. Very confused. Stupid that I have to buy two of these three times to make up my order. We need to talk about being more user friendly

Pool Slide arrived way ahead of schedule. So excited. Minor scratch from shipping, but it was packed my manufacturer. Would def buy again!
Matt M. was able to help me with my issue with canceling/reordering my pool. He was timely and efficient and solved my problem.
Satisfied. The only mention I have here is one of the bags was open so the box was powdered filled at the bottom. Not the end of the world for sure.

My experiences with the staff at Pool Warehouse was just great. Nikki was always responsive and helped solve the problem in a timely fashion. Through no fault of Pool Warehouse, there was some damage caused by the trucking company. Nikki's advice was spot on and we were able to document the problem and it was taken care of right away by Pool Warehouse.
Highly recommend, they went above and beyond to insure that my pool order went smoothly. Renee was amazing to work with.

I was notified of a delay in the delivery of the items I had ordered. Although I wasn't very happy I understood the circumstances. Renee offered me multiple solutions, one being acceptable to me. Her professionalism and outstanding customer service has made me a PoolWarehouse customer for life.
Renee is great! Smooth easy transaction very helpful with all questions we had and we got our pool quick. Seriously do not buy a pool anywhere else online we made that mistake the first time and it was a nightmare. Try calling any other pool place no one will answer there phone besides these guys.
